November 25, 2025 - In order for customers to receive the December bill in a timely manner, it was necessary to process the bills earlier than normal due to the Thanksgiving Holiday falling on the last 2 working days of the month. For customers that paid their bill on Nov. 24th or will pay it on Nov. 25th, the bill you receive in December will not reflect this payment and will show 2 bills due (Nov & Dec) & may say your payment is due immediately...your bill is not late and is due on the normal date of the 25th of each month.
For customers who pay the November bill after the 25th, the penalty will not be reflected on the bill you receive in December.
Bills can be viewed on our website by clicking on the green "View or Pay Bill Now" option. It will prompt to enter your account # & the last 4 digits of your phone # to view your account information. It will show the total amount due or by clicking on "Bills" you will see a list of dates to click on and view a PDF of the actual bill.
If you have any questions, please contact the office during business hours. We are open 8am - 5pm, Monday through Wednesday this week (closed Thursday & Friday) and back on Monday, December 1st at 8am.
