WATER RESTRICTION LIFTED

July 17, 2026 - As of today, July 17th, ALL watering restriction have been lifted for customers serviced by New Ellenton Commission of Public Works. Residents and businesses can resume normal usage of water. Thank you for your understanding & cooperation of conserving water while our area was in a severe drought.
WATER RESTRICTIONS UPDATE
June 11, 2026
June 11, 2026 - Water restrictions are still in effect for all customers serviced by New Ellenton CPW. While we did get some rain a few weeks ago (not much, if any since then), it was not enough to comfortably reduce/eliminate the water restrictions at this time. CPW Management will assess conditions late next week and make a decision going forward. A copy of the current restrictions that was issued on May 18th is on our website under "Forms & Reports" and then "Drought Contingency". All updates will be posted on our website at: www.newellentoncpw.com and local news stations will also be notified once a decision has been made.
